## Files kept

- `ort.webgpu.bundle.min.mjs` — the WebGPU ESM entry.
- `ort-wasm-simd-threaded.jsep.{mjs,wasm}` — the WebGPU (jsep) backend.
- `ort-wasm-simd-threaded.asyncify.{mjs,wasm}` — the wasm fallback backend, imported
  when WebGPU is unavailable.
- `ort-wasm-simd-threaded.{mjs,wasm}` — the base simd-threaded backend.

The bundle dynamically imports whichever backend the browser can run, so the whole
set has to be present — a real headless-Chrome run (2026-08-18) failed with
"Failed to fetch ort-wasm-simd-threaded.asyncify.mjs" when only the jsep files were
vendored, then loaded and ran the model once the set was complete. The jspi, webgl,
node and non-webgpu entry variants are dropped. This runtime is third-party and
minified on purpose; the site's own engine stays readable at `/assets/engine/`, and
the only first-party code that touches it is the small, readable `src/engine/ort.js`.
