If a sequence will not stack

Please do not send the photographs. They are yours, they are large, and everything needed to work out what happened fits in a short message:

• the camera, and the file format you exported (JPEG, PNG, TIFF, WebP, 8-bit or 16-bit);
• how many frames, and roughly what resolution;
• what the page said — the exact wording of the message, and which stage it stopped at;
• the browser and operating system.

If the tool refused because of memory, the message includes the number it needed and the number it was offered; those two figures are the most useful thing you can send.

If something on the site is wrong

The measured claims here are checkable and the underlying data is public. If a number looks wrong to you, say which one and why — that is a welcome message, not a nuisance one.

What we will not do

There is no mailing list, no account and no newsletter, so your address is used to answer you and for nothing else.
